Operation Optimist Registration Form

Use this form to register your junior sailor for the Operation Optimist sailing program. If you have any questions, please email NY Harbor Sailing Foundation at office@nyharborsailing.com.

Hi Parents – two important items:

You must register your student at least one week in advance. We cannot accommodate last minute registrations. If you wish to register within the final 7 days, please send an email requesting permission to office@nyharborsailing.com. You cannot submit an entry form over a weekend and then just show up on Monday.

Parents or guardians have to sign an insurance waiver for their children before they begin camp. We will email you the insurance waiver once you submit a registration form.
